Job Description:
The Now You Lay Me Down To Sleep Training Center is seeking a part-time First Aid & CPR Instructor to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching life-saving skills and committed to ensuring participants are confident and well-prepared in emergency situations.
Responsibilities:

Instruct First Aid & CPR Classes: Teach and facilitate First Aid and CPR certification courses to a diverse group of students, ensuring that each participant is able to effectively grasp the course content.

Classroom Management: Foster a positive, welcoming, and interactive learning environment. Be approachable and available to answer student questions and provide additional support.

Follow American Red Cross Curriculum: Adhere to American Red Cross standards and guidelines while delivering high-quality instruction, assessments, and practical demonstrations.

Promote Training Center Offerings: Actively promote upcoming classes and encourage course participation within the community. Help raise awareness of the importance of CPR and First Aid training.

Setup & Cleanup: Prepare the classroom with all necessary equipment before class begins, and ensure the space is organized and clean after each session.

Ongoing Training: Be open and willing to undergo additional training as needed to keep certification current and maintain the highest instructional standards.
Qualifications:

Certification: Must be certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross (or willing to obtain certification).
